The conference will kick off on Monday, February 6th with school site visits to the Falcon Zone. Experience their instructional model in action while also looking deeply at the interconnected strategies they are using to bring their new instructional model to fruition at scale.

Classroom visits will help us gain an understanding of both the process and the impact of developing student ownership & agency, as well as the importance of a common language and methodology for bringing about this change across classrooms, schools, and districts.
