Arrival / Departure:
The Broadmoor is located 10 miles from the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). It is approximately a 15 min drive.
If you are arriving into Denver Airport it is 90 miles to the Broadmoor and about a 1.5 hour drive.
RideShare/Cab or private shuttle services are available.
Denver 24/7 is providing our site visit transportation and has options to book airport transfers.

The Broadmoor uses Greyline Transportation for private booking of airport shuttles, and you can find information on their website HERE.
The hotel does not have a shuttle service.
Please pre-plan transportation and plan for ample time to return to the airport on Wednesday.

Site Visits:
The Falcon Zone is excited to offer six different pathways for your site visit experience. Each path will visit 2 schools followed by lunch and special programming at Falcon High School. Click HERE to select your path if you have not done so. You will receive a bus ticket at registration with your bus number.
Monday Bus Loading is 7:00-7:30 am
Buses Depart at 7:30 am
Bus loading will take place at Broadmoor HALL. In the Lobby, attendees will pick up a breakfast box, drink and head to their bus number. You will check in at the door of your bus, and MUST have your NCDC23 Name Badge to load. Your name badge will allow you security clearance to enter the school sites.
If you do not have a bus assignment, there will be a place to line up in the lobby. Once buses are loaded, we will take first come first serve from the line to fill empty bus seats.
We will return to the Broadmoor around 2pm.
Meals:
We are excited to bring you the 5 Star/5 Diamond experience of The Broadmoor. The following meals are provided to conference attendees:
Sunday: None
Monday: Breakfast, Lunch, Reception Food Stations/Passed Apps
Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, Awards Gala Dinner
Wednesday: None
All meals have been designed to offer a variety of options that meet the needs of most and will have Vegan and GF choices. All meals are clearly labeled so that attendees can make the best choice for themselves.
The Plated Dinner for Tuesday Awards Gala will have an alternate Vegan meal choice. If you need the Vegan dinner option, please email ncdc@modernteacher.com and let us know. The dinner being served is GF.
If you have food allergies please email ncdc@modernteacher.com and let us know.
The Broadmoor does not have a Vegan/GF certified kitchen.
Receptions:
Two drink tickets per event are provided. Drink ticket required for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Cash Bar for additional options. Cash or Credit Card Accepted.
