Conference Check In/Registration:

Monday

7:00 -7:30 am at the Peppermill Conference Center (Your MLC25 Name Badge is Required for Site Visit)

4:00-5:00 pm at Peppermill Conference Center

Site Visits:

Churchill & Douglas County School Districts are excited to welcome you into their classrooms.
You will receive a bus ticket at registration with your bus number.

• Monday Bus Loading is 7:00-7:30 am

• Buses Depart at 7:30 am

Bus loading will take place at the Peppermill bus staging area connected to the conference center. Your MLC25 conference name tag will be required to load buses. All site visit attendees must depart from the Peppermill and ride the conference buses.

Site visit options/highlights by pathway publication and selection process will occur in January 2025.

Meals: 

The following meals are provided to conference attendees:

• Monday: Breakfast, Lunch, Networking Hour: Drinks and Snacks

• Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, Awards Gala Dinner

The alternate meal choice will accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian dietary restrictions.

This alternate meal will be provided specifically for the Monday Boxed Breakfast, Monday Boxed Lunch, and Tuesday Awards Gala Dinner. All other conference meals are buffet-style and will have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options available for selection.

The Peppermill Resort is not a nut-free or certified gluten-free facility. No meal choices for the conference include nuts.

Please complete this form by Monday, February 17th, Alternate meal tickets will be provided in your registration packet. 

If you have other food allergies or specific food preferences, please be prepared to manage your needs accordingly.

Receptions:

Monday Networking Event & Tuesday Awards Gala Reception: Two drink tickets per event are provided to each attendee in your registration packet. Drink tickets can be used for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Cash/CC accepted for additional options. Tickets or cash/cc are required for all drink choices, including non-alcoholic drinks.

• Please note the conference space is within the hotel (2nd floor) and you will not need to walk outside to get to any of the conference events.
