Payment Information
Individual registrations are processed via credit card immediately.
Team registrations, point of contact will receive an invoice within 48 hours to the email provided. Payment is required within 30 days.

Accepted cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

Credit Card Processing Policy
Credit card payments are processed upon receipt.
Cancellation, Transfers & Refunds
Registrations are transferable within your district at any time leading up to the event with no penalty. Cancellations received via email on or before October 31, 2024, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received via email by Dec. 20, 2024, will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $250 per registration. Cancellations received after Dec. 20, 2024 will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed post-convention.
Photo Policy
Attendees are permitted to take photographs and capture digital images at The Modern Learning Conference for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Photographs and digital images may not be sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner.
Conference Photography
By attending The Modern Learning Conference, you consent to having your image captured by official show photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, digital images, video, and audio recordings, may be used by the Modern Learning Conference, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the website, and other properties.
Team Discounts (21+)
A 10% registration fee discount will be added to your invoice for attendees #21 and beyond.
Attendees 1-20: Full Price
Attendees 21+: 10% Discount
Additional discounts will not be applied to award finalists registrations.
