Arrival / Departure:
Plan to arrive Sunday, February 25, 2024.
The Hershey Lodge is located 6.7 miles from the Harrisburg International Airport (MDT). It is approximately a 17 min drive.
Additional airport options include:
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is 102 miles away. It is approximately a 1 hour and 45-minute drive.
Baltimore International Airport (BWI) is 101 miles away. It is approximately a 1 hour and 45-minute drive.
RideShare/Cab or private shuttle services are available.
The hotel does not have a shuttle service.
Please pre-plan transportation and plan for ample time to return to the airport on Wednesday, February 27, 2024.

Site Visits:
Eastern York School District is excited to welcome you into their classrooms.
You will receive a bus ticket at registration with your bus number.
Monday Bus Loading is 7:00-7:30 am
Buses Depart at 7:30 am
Bus loading will take place at Hershey Lodge. A conference name tag will be required to load buses. All site visit attendees must depart from Hershey Lodge and ride the conference bus.
Meals:
The following meals are provided to conference attendees:
Monday: Breakfast, Lunch, Networking Hour: Drinks and Snacks
Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, Awards Gala Dinner
There will be Vegetarian and Gluten Free options available for selection at each meal.
The Hershey Lodge does not have a Vegan or Gluten Free-certified kitchen.
If you have food allergies or specific food preferences please be prepared manage your needs accordingly.
Receptions:
Two drink tickets per event are provided. Drink tickets are required for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Cash Bar for additional options.
